Same Day Despatch*
All orders for Natural Cotton Fold Up Bags placed by 3pm will be despatched the same day for NEXT WORKING DAY delivery*.
UK mainland orders are despatched via DPD on a Next Working Day Service with the exception of remote areas of Scotland where deliveries may take slightly longer. If delivery needs to cross the water i.e. Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight this will be approximately a 2-3 days service. We also offer International delivery. To discuss your requirements please contact the sales team.
A signature will be required on delivery unless you have instructed otherwise. You may choose the LEAVE SAFE option and we will then be happy to carry out your instructions, i.e. leave by back door. We cannot accept any liability for items that are not signed for.
Please note that we rely on our courier to fulfil your order and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond Cotton Bag Company’s control such as traffic conditions or bad weather.
