We manufacture bags across three global sites: here in the UK, in China and in India. Each location offers us something different to offer to you. Quality is first and foremost and is consistent across all sites. Facilities in China and India complement and supplement what we can do here in the UK. They are both cotton-producing countries and they each specialize in different types of bag manufacture and printing. In the UK, we’re geared up better than anyone else for a high-quality, quick and cost-efficient turnaround, with stocks and print options to suit almost all needs. For bespoke orders where there is a little more time and some really wonderful material and print options we know we can find the same high-quality and cost-efficient result with one of our trusted overseas partners.
As a global business, an ethical approach in all that we do is what we practice and is what we expect of the companies we work with. We have been printing in the UK now for almost a decade. During that time we’ve worked with everyone, from small independent business to global blue-chip brands. We like to think we’ve looked after all of them pretty well! We hold a large stock of cotton, canvas and jute bags onto which we can screen print up to 10 individual colours. For more complex designs, we might recommend our amazing litho heat transfer or digital processes that can really help to bring out details and colours.
We mostly use eco-friendly pigment water-based inks for our printing, which help us to always be keeping an eye on our environmental impact. But we can also print with Plastisol inks when finely detailed artwork and vibrant colours need to POP!
